Huge selection for all kinds of needs. Sales are always worth checking out. Quality brands at fair prices. Easy to find gifts, too. A reliable shopping spot.

Macy's is one of those places you can count on for pretty much anything. I grabbed some clothes and home items, and everything arrived in great condition. Prices were solid, and the deals made it even better. I always end up happy with my Macy's buys.

Macy's has tons of brands, which I love, but customer service changes from store to store. Sometimes you get great help, sometimes zero. Prices are decent if you find deals. Overall, an okay experience.

Macy’s is like that old friend you can always count on. So many brands under one roof make shopping easy. The checkout line gets long sometimes, but overall still love it.
